Michael Durkin, now at Coldwell Banker, is a top New England realtor. I produced this video, along with a number of others, for the 2005 Carlson GMAC Sales Meeting.
Michael's exceptional performance, combined with his use of Carlson's effective marketing tools, was being held up as an inspiration for other members of the sales force.
Because of the realtors very busy schedules, each one of the Pacesetter videos had to be shot on location in two to three hours.
