It's Monday morning 8:45am, November 28th 2011. I'm on Rocks lane, traffic is fluid, but it's still rush hour, and this Ocado driver decides to pull over for a delivery, right in the middle of the road.

Traffic was fluid, but buses and more cars were coming behind me, all of which have been blocked by the stopped truck, and forced to pass it in the oncoming traffic lane.

Truck registration is LT60RAX.

I signify him he should keep moving whilst passing him, and he presses his horn angrily for several seconds.

I believe there is some serious training to be done here!
