A short video around the word 'Spectacle'.
I looked up the meaning of the word spectacle in the dictionary and this is one of the definitions: A public display or performance, especially one on a large or lavish scale.
For my spectacle artefact, I wanted to go to the opposite meaning and create something that was intimate and a private performance by two dancers.
The music is mixed together using 'Turning Page (Instrumental)' by Sleeping At Last (amazon.co.uk/Turning-Page-Instrumental/dp/B0063835QO) and a poetry reading of 'Be Near Me' from In Memoriam by Lord Alfred Tennyson (youtube.com/watch?v=B8EwrLKBZBw)
