A small introduction to the financial struggle Iceland has gone through in the last three years, the draft for a new constitution generated as consequence, the startup approach used to redact it and how technology has been used as catalyst for everything.

'Reboot Iceland' was given on Nov 16, 2011 during a 2 day conference called 'Toma los datos' (tomalosdatos.alboan.org) organized by Alboan, a basque NGO focused on creating sustainable and equal conditions for all people.
