Jim Grant is an Assistant Principal in the Humanities Faculty at Cirencester College and he plays an active role in the development of the Heritage Academy based at the College and is the force behind the programme development and initiatives to increase the number of Land Based and Heritage courses in the region and to create and encourage a clear progression route into the sector.
