Fubble Puppets was my team's presentation for the Strategic Design Thinking Module of the Master of Design Ethnography course at the University of Dundee.

We created the Fubble (a cultural probe disguised as a game) and this play to demonstrate how it can be used.

The probe was designed to gather ethnographic research for mobile phone provider (Telco). It allows customers to better relay their emotions and experiences with all customer service providers and especially mobile phone companies. It was designed to provide more insight on why people decide to drop out or switch mobile providers.
