Brilliant! I just started using the plug in and had stumbled my way around for a while before finding this video. Now I can stop stumbling quite so much!

I am tying to use this plug but it is not working. When I add the one line sting of code and attempt to add a new post it shuts down my entire blog. I do not know how to build a container so maybe that is my problem. Not sure I am using wordpress atomic blog theme. Trying to get help in forum. I know it works on this them the owner Alvin Phang is using this plugin .. maybe his support department will help me..

Wish me luck you can view my success at my blog blogsoftwarepro.com been two days working on this so far..as you can tell i am no webmaster...

I have loaded 3.2.0. I have a different Options page than in the video. That's not the problem.
I cannot add the custom field "articleimg".
    No CODE either.
My Slider works but No pictures, just a black box.

Does my version work? Is there an updated video?

Okay I've been clicking around here for about an hour and I still can't get the video to play. HOW do you get the damned video to work?

    Anyone?

The video is great, except it quickly glazes over the most confusing part - where exactly to put the code. What does it mean by "make sure your created a container mean?" Forgive my ignorance, I no nothing about programming or code.

  • I have spend three hours trying to get this dang thing to work and finally gave up. I was trying to get a photo gallery on my home page. The instructions did not help me at all. My template had the code on the index page and I placed the page ID for pages I created for one photo in the settings section. Please email me with better instructions at jeremy@correiacorp.com. Thanks.

For those who can't seem to get the slide-show to work at all.... You may be having a conflict with jQuery already being used in your theme. I had to find "header.php" in my theme and copy and paste a few JS scripts that where below the command "wp_enqueue_script('jquery');" and paste them above. In my case the theme I was using also used "superfish.js"

    when i try to paste

This plugin rocks! Thank you for developing it! I've been using it on many sites that I develop here: 3MultiMedia.com.

I'm planning on setting it up on MakeupTalk.com soon and financial-services-help.com also.

THIS. I was using eDegree, and this is exactly the issue with the theme not working with this plugin - which is funny, since it is basically designed around it. In Any case, cut these:

(modified because the comments chop code out)
    [script type="text/javascript" src="[?php bloginfo('template_directory'); ?]/js/superfish.js"][/script]
    [script type="text/javascript" src="[?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?]/js/functions.js">[/script]

and paste them above the "wp_enqueue_scripts" line

It's extremely confusing. This video didn't work for us either and we decided to use another Plug instead.
