Ceiling is painted two coats flat.
Walls are primer/sealed, wallcovering hung.
Woodwork is caulked and re-cut in.
Medallion base coated with eggshell, metals and aged with metals and gel stain.
All furniture, artwork, window treatments, etc removed and replaced.
