Synopsis
In 1995, Rob Zomer (Summer) served as a UN Dutchbat soldier in Srebrenica during the war in Yugoslavia. Fourteen years later he returned to Bosnia, and decides to settle there. In this documentary we see Rob Zomer trying to build up a new life there together with the local people. The filmmakers search for the motivation of Rob’s decision. Is it a feeling of guilt, does he return to process his trauma or is it the longing for the beautiful nature in the area of Srebrenica?
