After some stella work from espes, we now have XACT's SoundBank and WaveBank working in the VectorRumble demo. Having sound adds so much more atmosphere to this starterkit :).
Just make sure you select PCM in the XACT project file, so that the .xgs, xsb and .xwb are formats that MonoGame can read.
