November 2011, (pre-) season opening of the season in Val Thorens. Due to poor (=lacking) snow cover the Valthorens piste team delayed opening with a week but was able to accommodate us with 2 pistes of artificial snow on Thursday and Friday and even opened up 4 pistes on Saturday for the opening.
At least the weather was nice...
