Anyone who has ever been in a weight room* knows that guy who goes from station to station singing along to the tunes blaring out of his headphones. Well, multiple that by about 20 and trade in stations for spinning and you have Crunch Fitness‘ Cycle Karaoke Class. During each 45-minute class, instructor Chad Raymond (who fronts a funk band called DC Flow at night), leads students through a series of adrenaline-inducing spinning exercises while participants belt out ballads.
