So I found myself doing a talk at a family service (a service where the kids have to stay in rather than doing their own thing) this week. Its very hard to keep all ages engaged with a sermon but I did my best. I decided to tell a modern day parable. The premise was simple - what would happen if you met an alien?

    Wow. You did a great job of making something that normally a child might find boring into something interesting. I think I would have loved this when I was a kid and had to sit in the family services. :)
