This is very inspirational- our church in Sydney Australia is running a justice exhibition at Easter through the creative arts and I will be showcasing both Justice Loves Babies and Exodus Cry.

It is great to see a Christian movement recognizing slavery. I agree that prayer is crucial, but my guess is most people in the video are wearing clothes made by slaves. Most clothes and electronics that we all buy every day, are made by slaves, and are purchased with our own selfishness and vanity. Our N.American life-style is in fact fueling this slavery, and anything we buy made by slaves only promotes slavery to continue.
Let's also recognize the practical change we need to make in our own lives as well. Only through changing our life-stlye and prayer, will change happen. Faith without works is dead, works without faith is also dead.

Although preachers often claim to have been involved in the plight of the broken, they haven't (often) lifted a real finger to bless, to comfort, to defend, to cry out on behalf of... the broken. ExodusCry is doing that... I know. And I'm grateful for this specific video because it represents a shift in the Church culture that says, "It's no longer OK to 'play church'... we've got to DO something effective!" And I thank you.
