On Dec. 7, 2011 thousands of people from across the country--including about 150 from Wisconsin--marched from their People's Camp on the National Mall to K Street, the home of many of the largest lobbying firms in the nation, and managed to shut down several intersections for the afternoon.
The groups were there protesting what they see as the increasing and unfair income inequality gap in America, as well as the continued loss of good-paying jobs and economic opportunity.
