    You need basic knowledge of After Effects to achieve this effect, but all in info is in the movie.

    Use the tracking function in After Effects and set it to stabalize. If you choose for rotation and scale, you can set two tracking points. After tracking, apply the stabilization to the footage, and zoom in a little, so you don't see black borders.

    Or, if your footage is not in high quality use motion-tile effect to fake the edges.
