Zagat’s ongoing series of Vintage Dinners hit Per Se last night, and we hastened over to see what it was all about. Though we didn’t attend (*sigh*), the Beachmaster himself, Tim Zagat, was in the house, as was Chef Thomas Keller. So we talked to both of those guys, smelled the caviar, and headed out, with only this video and a mounting sense of frustration to show for our visit uptown. Enjoy.
