1. Truth and Beauty Intro (non-3D version)
There are so many great action sports film makers out there- I wanted to do something unique. So I spent a year working on stereoscopic 3D shooting and another year filming this mountain bike movie.

The result is a mountain bike downhill and freeride film entitled Truth and Beauty.

You may get a copy at spinteck.com that comes with a high definition Windows Media Video in 1280x720p in addition to a standard 2D DVD.

May you find truth and beauty in whatever you do.

Cheers!

Scuse me if I didn't read enough on your site but do you get the glasses to watch the 3d with the video?

Yes Rod, you get 2 sets of red/cyan glasses per vid, and if you order from my site (www.spinteck.com) I can throw in more if you need them at no charge.

FYI- Other movies, such as spy kids, shark boy and lava girl, polar express 3D, fly me to the moon, all use the standard red/cyan lenses (acetate paper). Other glasses, such as color code (blue/yellow for superbowl halftime/chuck 3D) or green magenta (Journey to the Center of the earth) will not work.

Awesome, just put in order in. Going to Dundee. Can you put in two extra sets? (I've got 3 boys who are fired up to see this!), thanks, Rod Harper

No problem Rod. I have 3 boys under 4 years-old, so I'll give you an extra 6 pairs since the first set per kid will be destroyed by the end of the week- at least that's how it works at my house;)

    Cheers!

Sweet! You ever get over to rays? I take my 6 and 8 year old over there to ride quite a bit. My 4 year old isn't off the training wheels yet. Thanks again and look forward to the movie.

Ray himself is in the video on the old Mohen section. My 3 year-old is on a push bike and can ride that w/out training wheels. Push bikes really teach balance, plus my kid is on the small side, so he couldn't pedal a bike yet. I taught my little sister to ride w/out trainers by taking her trainers off and putting pegs on the rear wheel. Then i would stand on the pegs w/my hands on the inside of the handle bar and ride w/her- she caught on pretty quick that way. Fatherhood is the best kept secret.

Thought some of that single track looked familiar, "Whiteface"

    Nice edit!
