For the last few years on Melbourne Cup day some folks in Northcote have held an annual billy cart race. The race is held on Eastment Street where beers, bands and DJ's are most welcome.
The slow motion was done in post using Twixtor Pro. I had to do a lot of post work on the shots as Twixtor doesn't handle crowded backgrounds too well. I'm fairly happy with it at this point, although I know it could be improved with more time on my hands.
