The crowd was thick with people and air was thick with heat - heat from the spice added to the chili in the pro and amateur competitions - heat from the amateur hot wing sauce competition and of course, the CaJohn's Wings of Fire! Wing eating contest: hot division and the Extremely, insanely hot division.  While it was cold outside, it didn't take long to heat up inside!  So much going on during this festival... CowTV was able to capture a bit of the passion (more like insanity) that guys like CaJohn himself, Buddah from tastethefear.com and Bart (from Jungle Jim's) have for spicy hot sauces with names like:  Lethal Ingestion and Black Mamba.  By the way, Buddah swears that the more of this hot sauce you eat, you begin to crave it - ouch!
