These Sufis are the followers of Pir Saif Ur Rehman Mubarak who is a Sufi of the Naqshbandi order.

The basic principle of Sufism is the purification of the heart and the soul. In the human being there are several non-material points or organs called Lataif. These Lataif are named as Nafs,Qalb, Sirr, Ruh,Khafi,,Akhfa and Qalbi . When the Sufis do Dhikar/Zikar meaning remembrance of Allah and meditation, these non-material organs become alive and get light (noor) coming from Allah. Allah gives this light to The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) who then distributes it among his followers including the Sahaba (R.A) and The Sufis. This light travels from the heart of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to the hearts of the Sufis. Nowadays a Murshid, Sheikh or a Peer who is a perfect Sufi transfers this spiritual cleaning of the heart and the soul to his disciples called Saaliks or Mureeds. The Murshid or Peer pays attention to his Mureeds by doing Dhikar/Zikar while sitting in front of them. The light comes out of the Murshid’s eyes and enters the non-material organs (Lataif) of the Mureeds. The Murshid himself gets this light from the heart of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).During this gathering some Sufis have ecstasy. Ecstasy arises when a great quantity of light enters into the heart of a Sufi. This spiritual cleaning is done by the Light (noor) entering into their hearts .The heart, soul and all non-material organs called Lataif start reciting the name of Allah spontaneously or automatically 24 hours a day provided that the Sufi continues to follow the Sharia(Islamic teachings). This remembrance of Allah continues in the heart and other Lataif of the Sufis while they are talking, while they are standing, while they are sitting, while they are sleeping during the day and the night. This way of spiritual cleaning was practiced by The Holy Prophet Muhammad(SAW) and his companions Sahaba (R.A). After the death of the Sahaba (R.A) who were the companions of The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW), this spiritual cleaning of the heart and soul is being performed by the Sufis. After this spiritual cleaning of the heart and soul a man gets rid of all the worldly temptations including greed, passion, hatred, anger, jealousy, lust, hypocrisy and he starts loving Allah and human beings and does charity. Sufis respect the feelings of others, give charity and abstain from all kinds of sins. The Sufis wear the dress which The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his companions used to wear. Their dress includes the Turban and white clothes without the English Collar. They grow beard and reduce their moustaches according to the Sunnah (meaning Tradition or way) of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW). They adopt all the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and The Quran. Sufis have divine revelations through true dreams and some Sufis have divine revelations (visionary insight) during the day while awake. The Murshid / Sheikh / Peer has visionary insight (in Arabic: - Firasa) about the inner states of all of his disciples. He warns and guides his disciples whenever he has a visionary insight about the sins of his disciples. The Murshid / Sheikh / Peer has also visionary insight (in Arabic: - Firasa) about the inner states of those people who are not his disciples but who attend his gathering or meet him.

Remembrance of Allah by Heart in The Holy Quran:-

 .Sura Zamar, Para 23, Verse 22. Well, he whose breast Allah has opened for Islam is (stationed) in the light from his Lord.(But on the contrary) they whose hearts are hardened for (being deprived of the bounty of) Allah’s remembrance are destined to ruin. It is they who are in open error.

 Sura Al Zamar Verse.23.Allah is the One who has sent down the best Word. That is a Book whose contents are in harmony with one another (in format and meaning) and (whose Verses) are repeated frequently. It sends a hair raising shudder in the bodies of those who fear their Lord. Then their skins and hearts get softened and they get (lost) into the Remembrance of Allah (in a weeping mood). It is guidance from Allah and He guides with it whom He wills. And he whom Allah holds misguided (i.e. leaves astray) has no one to guide him.

 .Sura Anfal, Para 9,Verse 02, 2 The believers are only those whose hearts, when Allah is mentioned (before them) , are filled with awe ( at the very idea of Allah’s Greatness and Might). And when His Revelations are recited to them , they increase their faith , and they (maintain) their trust in their Lord alone.

 .Sura Baqra, Ruku 18, Verse 151, Like wise, we have sent to you (Our) Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him) from among yourselves who recites to you Our Revelations and purifies and sanctifies( your hearts and ill commanding selves) and teaches you the Book and inculcates in you logic and wisdom and enlightens you ( on the mysteries of spiritual gnosis and divine truth) which you did not know .

 Sura Baqra , Verse 152. So make My remembrance, I shall make your remembrance. And always be thankful to Me and never be ungrateful to Me.

Likewise, the actions disbelievers keep doing are made alluring and attractive (in their sight).

 Sura Al Anaam Para 8, Verse 125, So he whom Allah intends to give guidance (by way of bounty) , He broadens his breast for Islam and he for whom He wills persistence in error He tightens his breast with fierce constriction as if he were ascending up hard into the sky.In the same way Allah sends torment (of disgrace) upon those who do not come to believe.

( meaning The Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW ) Stay tenaciously in the companionship of those who remember their Lord morning and evening, ardently seeking His pleasure, (keen on the glimpse of His sight and eagerly aspiring to glance at His radiant Countenance).Your looks must not but focus them. Do you seek the charisma of the worldly life (shifting your attention away from these self denying devotees)? And (also) do not follow him whose heart we have made neglectful of Our remembrance and who follows but the urge of his (ill commanding self) and his case has exceeded all bounds.

 Sura Kahf, Para 15, Verses, 100, 101 and 102.:- On that day , we shall present Hell before the disbelievers fully exposed. Surely, We have prepared Hell as hospitality for the disbelievers.

And surely the wrong doers are engaged in serious rivalry. And so that those who have been given (true) knowledge may know that the (Revelation which the Messenger recited) is (based on) the truth from your Lord, so, they believe , in the same (and reject Satan’s suggestions) and their hearts beat in submissiveness (before the Lord). No doubt , Allah does guide the believers to the straight path.

Ecstasy in Hadith and Quran:-

1. In several books of Hadith including Tirmazi and Tabrani there are several Hadiths which mention that on the day of Eid some Muslims from Abyssinia (present day Ethiopia) came to meet The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) in the Nabvi Mosque in Medina. They Experienced Ecstasy and started dancing and whirling. The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) did not object to their dancing and whirling.

2. Once The Holy Prophet recited a Verse from the Holy Quran to his companions (Sahaba). There was a young Sahabi(plural:-Sahaba) who fell down on the floor and became unconscious. He experienced the state of Ecstasy. The Holy Prophet placed his Holy Hands on the heart of the young Shahabi. The young Sahabi started trembling like a fish. The Holy Prophet said to him recite “ La Ilaha Ilallah”(There is no God but Allah). The young Sahabi recited the same. The Holy Prophet said to his companions “Look at him; he is a person who will definitely go to Paradise”.
The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) said to his Sahaba(R.A) that this paradise has been promised by Allah for those who fear standing in front of Allah. He (the young Sahabi) has achieved the state of Ecstasy in fear of Allah.

3. In The Holy Quran it is mentioned The Holy Prophet Hazrat Musa (A.S) (In English:-Moses) went to the mountain of Toor in the desert of Sinai for seeing Allah. When Allah Almighty appeared before The Holy Prophet Hazrat Musa (A.S) at first glance The Holy Prophet Hazrat Musa (A.S) fell unconscious on the mountain. The Holy Prophet Hazrat Musa (A.S) experienced a state of ecstasy at the first glance.
