The proposed installation uses 16 HD video projections to create an immersive environment. The environment is similar to most cycloramic cinemas, with two main differences: instead of a circular plan with curved screens, it has a square plan with flat screens; whereas in most cycloramas the viewer occupies a space at the center of the environment, in this installation the viewer occupies the space between an inner set of outward-facing screens and an outer set of inward-facing screens. Each side of the inner square displays a single 16x9 video projection. Each side of the outer square displays two 16x9 projections. Seams between projections are digitally stitched. The projectors are driven by an array of networked computers.
