The 2011 Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC)women’s basketball season has quickly approached. Western Region play will tip off in high fashion with plenty of strength throughout the league. Contending for a spot in the playoffs with four out of nine teams advancing to the NWAACC Tournament at the Toyota Center in Kennewick, WA will be your Pierce College Raiders!
The Raiders who finished the 2010-11 season with a record of 8-8 in Western Region play fell one game shy of an NWAACC appearance.
