NIN Sydney 2.24.09 - Mid-show Power Outage [HD]
Power in the Hordern Pavilion went out midway through the set, forcing the show to stop for 40 minutes and nearly causing it to be canceled.
Filmed by Rob Sheridan with the Canon 5D Mark II.

P.S. Way to turn it around.
Just sayin'...
Plus, Ro is mine. :D
(I'd be better as a hidden easter egg, to be honest; make people work for it)
could you please make it available for download?
(Not that I blame you, everyone was hot/tired by that point, just sayin'...sucks to not hear Dead Souls since it looks like it might be your last Sydney show if not forever then for a while...)
beautiful focus too, love the handheld
Thanks Rob.
Great video.
The saddest thing is that after Head Like a Hole, the lights came straight on and we missed the encore (The Beginning of the End, Suck, Dead Souls and Hurt), most probably because of the curfew at Hordern.
It was a great show. Thanks for coming to see us in Sydney.
I got some footage of Trent talking through the megaphone, but youtube is a douche.
GREAT SHOW NONE THE LESS!
Rob... love ya
Trent said that he thought the crowd was pissed off, but I don't think that is the case. We were all (or mostly all) hanging in there and it was a unique NIN experience. We all started amusing ourselves by singing Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, and the We Will Rock You, and then a few failing attempts (one of which you can hear in the clip - "99 bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer..."
Overall a very excellent show...wouldn't have missed it for the world. I've heard some people moan about no encore, but it was still a hell of a songlist and I am more than satisfied
Speaking of...we need another Closure style release!!
Only they didnt get it fixed,, the show was canceled,, Trent was pissed,, and kinda drunk when he told us the fuck heads couldnt fix the problem..
It is difficult to become re-energized after some unexpected down time. NIN puts on another fantastic show!
