Peter Hutchinson, president of the Bush Foundation, speaks about Minnesota's vanishing graduates issue and illustrates the sometimes diminishing returns of our educational system. By using statistics he is able to offer a striking picture of our current educational system, that while competitive nationally, may fail to prepare youth for an increasingly competitive global community.
