John Wade discusses the impending workforce shortage, due to both a diminishing number of graduates and a lack of adequate preparation prior to entering the workforce. From Pre-kindergarten to graduation, now more than ever it is imperative that Minnesotan students are able to complete their educations and complete them well to avoid an impending skilled worker shortage in the coming years.
