Each faculty member read from his or her work Dec. 5, in the Memorial Union’s Pima Auditorium (230) on the Tempe campus. The free event, featured each author reading for a maximum of five minutes, begins at 7:45 p.m.

• Norman Dubie, Beckian Fritz Goldberg, Tara Ison and T.M. McNally will read from new and unpublished work

• Sally Ball, from new work supported by a fellowship from the Arizona Commission on the Arts

• Jeannine Savard, from her book of poetry, “Accounted For,” as well as new and unpublished work

• T.R. Hummer, from his just released book of poetry, “Ephemeron,” from LSU Press

• Melissa Pritchard, from her short story collection, “The Odditorium,” forthcoming from Bellevue Literary Press

• Cynthia Hogue, from her poetry collection, “Or Consequence"

• Alberto Rios, from his poetry collection “The Dangerous Shirt,” as well as new and unpublished work
