Somebody should help me build this, it would save thousands of lives.

To expand on the idea further
The basic idea is a website that would allow you to interact with a real person, within a few moments. Any time, day or night for any reason. (of course relating to mental health)
I think, just to demonstrate the idea. We should create a site that allows an admin to login, they would be on the admin side now. Then any visitor coming to the site would be greeted with a message and some info (They are not required to or capable of logging in, this is to protect the anonymity of the visitor). The visitor would click begin and it would connect them to the admin. Initially it would be a text chat interaction between the visitor and admin to begin with, perhaps a photo of the admin could be useful. The conversation can be elevated to voice and/or video instantly at the comfort of the visitor. The admin cannot begin this level of interaction, they can only terminate it.
If it was deemed valuable, we could require visitors to fill out a very simple, quick and anonymous set of questions prior to beginning a session to help us better understand their situation; this would allow us to match them with somebody best suited to meet their needs.
This would be an entirely free, non-profit start-up.
Who wants in?
