A strange man builds a world using holographic tools for the woman he loves.
This award winning short was created by filmmaker Bruce Branit, widely known as the co-creator of '405'. World Builder was shot in a single day followed by about 2 years of post production. Branit is the owner of Branit VFX based in Kansas City.

Beautiful story and graphics. So impressed.
If i could create a new world, why would i recreate a normal,tipical,common world ? I would create a totally new,colorfull,surreal,irreal,groovy,cartoony,magic world.

Just one thing i don't understand: in the end they have the sound of an artificial respirator but there is not any mask on the face of the woman. It is the only one mistake i can note.
but trees are still not as realistic as the rest (and what about their animation...).
I 'm sure we can do better

its a shame about the tiny bit of bleeding from the chroma key in places but dont get me wrong this blew me away completley and may just be the best short ive ever seen, full respect :)
