"The Last Party" was written and produced by youth involved in Alternatives for Youth's work in 1984. The movie tells the true story of 15-year-old Richie Dorman, who died from alcohol poisoning after a party with his friends. The docudrama is presented by many of the people touched by the tragedy. We thank them for their strength, their compassion, their hope and their gift of this story.

On December 8, 2011 many of those involved in the tragedy and making the film gathered to view the video for the first time in 25 years. Though 25 years old, the memories are still strong and the message of the movie remains relevant for youth and parents today.
