Cuba Mission 2009

Twelve members of St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral in Minneapolis, MN. went on a goodwill mission to the Episcopal Diocese of Cuba. The intention was to continue lines of communication started four years ago and have been ongoing every year since. In our common belief we support and assist each other according to the Gospel message of our Christian faith. We brought goods to various churches that requested things that are difficult to get in Cuba i.e., over the counter drugs, baseball equipment, guitars, books and magazines in Spanish. We also painted one of the churches and were guests in five of the churches we visited all across Cuba.
We look forward to another mission to Cuba next year.
