On December 2, Cliff James, TVI President & CEO, presented "The Benefits & Challenges of Mining in the Philippines" to an appreciative group at a luncheon hosteed by the Philippine Mining Club. The hard-hitting message was carried later that evening on ANC Television and again in a follow up segment a few days later. This is Segment II that also includes a statement by Governor Yebes of Zamboanga del Norte.
