I made this with fellow experimental film maker Jon Behrens in 2004. It was shot and finished on 16mm print. It was included in our DVD compilation "films without words." The film print is available for rent at Canyon Cinema. Jon did the hand painted film and I shot all the live action. The compositing was done entirely on a Bell and Howell model C 16mm contact film printer. A B C D rolls, zero lights and workprint printed as negative. Again, there is NO digital compositing. The video was made from the film print with only minor color adjustments. Music by Jon Behrens. Yes, it was the most pretentious title we could think of. - ryan -
