Matt Porter is a Master's student in Broadcast and Digital Journalism at the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. Porter is a versatile multimedia journalist. He can write, shoot, and edit his own stories. He's produced content for newspapers, online, and television.

Since 2009, Porter has worked as a reporter for local, national, and international news organizations including Global Post, Patch.com, and the New England Center for Investigative reporting.

Porter is seeking an on-air reporter position at a local television station in the United States.
