Otis College of Art and Design
Instructor: Chris Eckardt
Here is my final for 3D Animation class! We were given a choice to pick a product between a shoe, shaver, perfume, or a phone; and create an animation incorporating a robot that reveals the product. I decided to pick the Nike Mercurial Vapor and create an ad that is based on the Droid commercial.
The shoe model was given to us by our instructor, Chris Eckardt. Everything else was created using Autodesk Maya, in which I modeled the robot, the environment, texturing, and lighting using V-Ray. The post work was done in After Effects, where I spent a lot of time incorporating graphic elements to enrich my animation.
