    Word. I just heard "datamoshing" and figured it was a marketing term so I had to google it. I'm behind the curve but I've seen these kinds of glitches for years. But I like the sound of it better than glitch, which seems more random. Moshing has flow.

    Anyways I was playing with displacment (distortion) maps in After Effects recently and its totally controllable and zzzzzzzzz....

    I like your video though.
