• We should recognize that we have the power, no matter what our situation in life is, to change the world
• We should realize that somebody has to take the reins for issues that affect us whether or not they happen in our own backyard or elsewhere
• We should focus on where we feel we can do some good since there are many more priorities than we can possibly accomplish
• We should adopt a cradle-to-cradle thinking where the wastes of producing one product becomes the raw materials for another

• They can help save the environment
• They will be more profitable because they’ll be able to cut costs significantly
• They will be able to build brand awareness and loyalty and generate more fans and customers by adopting this cause
• They can reach the green market which is typically more affluent, more informed, and more passionate about supporting socially-conscious companies
THOUGHTS TO CONSIDER
• The world’s great changers came from the “bottom of the pile.” They were able to change the world by starting with a vision and acting on it.
