I was inspired by the Olympus pen camera commercial which used this stop motion process of printing photos and place them on top of each other, then slightly creating movement by placing photos slightly off from one another. I started while on location shooting model and directing her to move very slowly so I would capture every frame of her movement. Each frame would be an actual printed photograph, so I had to get the timing just right. Several hundred photos were printed which after edited only give a few seconds. A secondary stop motion process is takes place as you put all the photos on top of each other. Once those series of photos were taken I just created a sequence of images and edited that movie file.

This was my first attempt putting together a project like this, it was time consuming but as always I enjoy a challenge.
(My process video will be coming soon as well as the full feature)
