Jocko 7 months agolooks like a couple of you are lifting some w/ your back, and bent over... (which will square-off your hiney and puts lower back in a position conducive to injury..) - one of the problems of 1. hurrying through a weighted exercise 2. taking a free-weight exercise (ie., unsupported) to exhaustion: form goes to hell.
