Washington is encouraging BAD behavior. We are already paying to prop-up zombie banks and, this new "Home Affordability Plan" allows bankruptcy judges to revisit the terms of a loan? CNBC's Rick Santelli has it right, In America, a card laid is a card played and contracts must be sacred. Do we really want to teach our children, (whom this plan will inundate with debt) that there are "do over's" in the real world if the mistake is big enough?
