Arriving at a location after an overnight international flight is always an unique experience, especially in lands you haven't visited. There is something both abstract and at the same time that hits you as you inhale the new unfamiliar landscapes around. With this in mind I thought it was important to film my first ever drive into Neuchatel, Switzerland for my first ever visit to its film festival, Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival (NIFFF). It was some amazing drive that I won't soon forget and glad to have these video collections to put this in a time capsule.

All month long in March 2009, Cinema is Dope will be profiling the Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival (NIFFF) that takes place annually in Switzerland. Most coverage will feature their 8th edition which took place in 2008.

Please note that their 2009 dates are June 30th-July 5th.
