Celebrate Life Week was a Proclamation by the City of Katy, Texas for January 18-24,2009. The Proclamation was given to the Pregnancy Health Center by the Mayor Don Elder. These photographs were taken at Katy Mills Mall when the Proclamation was read by Mayor Elder and handed to Debbie Stoddard from the Pregnancy Health Center.
