The Hawaii basketball team scored a thrilling 84-82 upset victory over nationally-ranked Xavier on Friday night at the Stan Sheriff Center. Hauns Brereton hit a 3-pointer to tie it at the end of regulation, then Joston Thomas hit a tough inside shot near the end of overtime to win it. Xavier, which is ranked No. 14, led by as many as 15 points in the second half.
