I grew up taking cold showers, my dad forced us to against our will.

It was often a pain in the ass growing up, but I eventually learned to appreciate them and still take them to this day.

This video is a short video showing me taking an ice cold shower right after an ice storm and the drama that comes with natural human reaction to ice cold water.
