In May 2011, two Traveling Muse filmmakers, Leslie Foster and Tim Banks, spent 5 weeks meeting and filming an extraordinary group of people in Jamaica. Their goal was to find and tell stories about the lives of LGBT Jamaicans living in a society that defies easy categorization. Exploring this complex society, which contains both quiet acceptance and intense homophobia, the film tells stories full of hope and of pain. Watch the first teaser here:
