Process Sciences X-Tek Real Time X-Ray

A customer brought in an assembly that was failing test but had passed X-Ray inspection. These opens under a BGA memory module were not detected with a supplier's conventional top-down X-Ray.
Finding this defect was not a problem with our X-Tek Revolution Real Time X-Ray. The X-Tek is outfitted with 160kV Integrated X-Ray Tube. It has 5-axis fully programmable manipulator for true concentric imaging and has 360 degrees continuous rotation.
