We've been hearing all day long about a winter storm warning for DC (4-10 inches in the next 24hrs), but hadn't seen any signs of it...till we walked out of Columbia Heights Target this evening that is.
If anything close to this comes down, Washington will once again act as if it has never seen snow before, and shut down for the day.
