The Ferrier Estate is a housing estate located in Greenwich, south London. It's a typical example of system built social housing in the Unated Kingdom from the 1950's to the 1970's.
The Kidbrooke Regeneration is a 1 billion sheme to demolish the Ferrier Estate, and replace it with a new community.
In March 2009, demolition began on the Ferrier Estate. Today, some of the neigbors are still living in their homes, waiting for rehousing.
