Bethania, North Carolina is an 18th-century settlement whose residential windows are rattled by an appalling volume of 21st-century traffic. We shot this brief video for our friend Rosalie Horton, a Bethania resident who arranged a public hearing with local traffic authorities to plead for a Bethania bypass.
