It is a rare and wonderful thing when a client is willing to get a little weird. Luckily, that was the case when we teamed up with Grey to do a series of commercials for P&G's new product, Febreze Sport. The basic concept was to create a 70's era game show hosted by the Captain of Charisma himself- Bengals Linebacker Dhani Jones.

After ravaging several Cincinnati basements to find the right kind of "man approved" podium, we set up some mood lighting in the Bengals locker room and shot with the RED camera to capture the rich color of the orange and black details in the scene.

During post, we were pleasantly surprised that they let us keep all of the awkward pauses, headless mannequins and diamond wipe transitions we’ve always dreamt of using.
